Data Protection
Luntive uses Supabase as part of its cloud and database infrastructure. Application data is scoped to the applicable Luntive workspace, and selected tenant tables use Row Level Security (RLS) together with server-side authorization controls to help enforce workspace-level access boundaries.
Selected protected Google Calendar credentials are encrypted using AES-256-GCM, and the application and configured third-party integrations are designed to use HTTPS/TLS for communications.
Luntive deliberately focuses on front-office coordination — including leads, appointments, communication, and AI-assisted office workflows — rather than sensitive document storage. You are not required to upload tax returns, financial statements, or client intake paperwork to use Luntive’s five AI agents.

Luntive uses security measures intended to protect information in relevant workflows, including HTTPS for production web applications and encryption for selected protected credentials.
Security controls are designed to reduce risk, but no online service can guarantee complete security in every circumstance.
Infrastructure & Reliability
Luntive runs on established hosted application infrastructure and depends on third-party providers for parts of the service.
If Luntive or one of its providers experiences an interruption, your team should use its normal direct business processes where applicable.
Luntive does not promise uninterrupted service or automatic failover for every workflow.
