Luntive is an AI system. How the AI Receptionist presents itself during a call depends on your workspace configuration and the conversation. You remain responsible for ensuring your business meets any applicable disclosure requirements in your jurisdiction.
What happens when a caller needs to speak with someone at the firm?
When a call requires human involvement, Luntive can follow the configured transfer or callback path you have set up. Transfers depend on your phone configuration and may not succeed in all circumstances. Your team can always step in and handle calls directly.
Will Luntive send client emails without staff approval?
It depends on the configured workflow. Some communication — such as AI-assisted drafts — requires staff review before sending. Configured automations such as reminders and follow-ups can run automatically when enabled. Your team controls which workflows are active and can step in at any time.
Can firms keep their existing business email address?
Luntive can send configured outbound communication through its own sending infrastructure. Whether your firm's existing email domain or provider can be used for sending depends on your setup and configuration. Discuss your current email setup during a demo for specifics.
Does Luntive replace accounting software like QuickBooks or Xero?
No. Luntive handles front-office coordination — leads, calls, appointments, communication, and office follow-up. It does not replace your accounting, bookkeeping, or tax software, and it does not perform accounting work, store financial records, or provide professional tax or accounting advice.
How does the first-month guarantee work?
The guarantee covers eligible incoming calls correctly routed to Luntive during your first 30 days of active service, within your plan's included usage. If a call goes unanswered, flag it to us. We'll check the available call logs, and if Luntive missed an eligible call, we'll refund your full first month's subscription fee. Calls that never reach Luntive because of incorrect customer-side forwarding, calls abandoned before connection, and calls beyond your included usage are not covered.
