Scope and review status
This notice concerns cookies and browser storage on www.luntive.com only. It is a review copy pending legal approval and final publication. Optional Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel tracking remains disabled. The optional-provider descriptions below concern the prepared integrations and their intended operation if separately approved and activated.
This notice does not replace customer application legal documents, describe application authentication storage as marketing tracking, or change customer agreement acceptance. See the Marketing Privacy Notice for website information processing and the Legal Center for customer application documents.
Cookies and browser storage
Cookies are small records a browser stores and may send with requests. Browser local storage holds website information separately from cookies. Both can support necessary functionality or optional measurement. Hosting and external services may also process technical request information.
The website uses browser local storage to remember privacy choices. The versioned luntive.marketing-consent.v1 record contains Analytics and Marketing selections and a timestamp, with no account or client identifier or form values. The website uses a valid record for up to 180 days. A record can remain physically in browser storage after that period, but it is no longer accepted as consent. If it expires, becomes invalid, or is removed, a new choice is required. Preferences must be savable for optional tracking to operate.
Essential functionality
Essential functionality and preference storage remain available when optional tracking is rejected. Optional choices do not block website navigation, contact inquiries, or external demo scheduling. Customer application authentication, security, and session storage are separate and are not controlled by marketing choices.
Analytics
Analytics permission controls Google Analytics 4. When the website integration is activated and permission exists, it measures approved marketing-page visits and intentional demo-related clicks. It may use first-party _ga and measurement-specific _ga_* cookies and process browser identifiers and technical information.
Our supplied event URLs exclude query strings and fragments, titles identify public routes, and form contents are not supplied. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled by the prepared integration. Activation requires all automatic Enhanced Measurement options to be disabled in the GA4 account. Demo clicks and scheduler opens are interest events, not completed bookings or accepted leads.
The designated GA4 user and event data retention setting for activation is 2 months, subject to verification in the actual property. That setting is separate from cookie expiration and the 180-day preference period. This notice assigns no unverified cookie expiration period. See Google's retention documentation and the Marketing Privacy Notice for limitations.
Marketing
Marketing permission controls Meta Pixel. When activated, permitted, and eligible under conservative URL and referrer checks, the prepared integration measures marketing-page visits through PageView events. Meta may use _fbp or _fbc cookies and process browser identifiers and technical information. Exact cookie behavior and duration must be verified before activation.
No automatic advanced matching, automatic inferred events, or Conversions API is enabled in this implementation. Form contents and matching fields are not supplied. The implementation sends no Meta Lead event and does not treat scheduler opens as completed bookings. This review copy does not authorize additional audience or advertising uses.
Choose, change, or withdraw permission
Analytics and Marketing start disabled. Accept All selects both optional categories. Reject Optional disables both. Customize Preferences allows separate choices and Save Preferences records them. Choosing a category does not activate an integration disabled at the website level.
Use Privacy preferences to reopen the controls and withdraw a category or reject both. Saved choices are respected on navigation and refresh while valid. Disabling a loaded provider disables further tracking, attempts to clear accessible first-party provider cookies, and reloads the page to unload its software. Unsaved entries may be lost.
Withdrawal does not remove information already received by providers or guarantee removal of third-party cookies or cookies at other paths. Browser settings can review, restrict, or remove cookies and local storage. Removing the preference record requires a new choice. Essential website functionality remains available if optional permission is withheld.
External services and information sharing
Demo scheduling opens a separate Google Calendar appointment scheduling page, whose terms, privacy policy, and storage controls apply. The website receives no confirmed booking signal from that link. Optional click measurement does not send the scheduling URL or its identifier. This is separate from the customer application's Google Calendar API connection.
Contact submissions are processed through Luntive's server for validation and abuse prevention; accepted inquiries are emailed through Resend. Voluntary email-update subscriptions also use Resend. These processes are separate from optional measurement and their form values are not analytics or Pixel event properties.
When optional requests are enabled and permitted, Google and Meta may receive browser or cookie identifiers, browser and device information, page-visit information, and network information such as an IP address. Measurement is not described as anonymous; processing may take place outside your jurisdiction. Consult the Marketing Privacy Notice, Google Privacy Policy, Google partner-site information, and Meta Privacy Policy.
No unverified fixed retention period is assigned here to Meta, external scheduling, Resend, or hosting records. Provider settings, actual cookie behavior, regional requirements, and data-sharing disclosures require legal review before activation.
