Scope and review status
This notice concerns the public marketing website at www.luntive.com, operated by Imran Bhuiyan, an individual operator in New York. It describes website inquiries, external demo scheduling, voluntary email updates, and the optional measurement integrations prepared for this website.
This is a review copy pending legal approval and final publication. Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel remain disabled. Selecting a consent category does not enable an integration that is disabled at the website level. The descriptions of optional measurement below explain the prepared implementation and its intended use if separately approved and activated.
This notice does not replace or amend the customer application's Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, or other agreements at app.luntive.com. It does not change customer legal versions, acceptance records, account permissions, or application consent. Those documents remain available through the Legal Center. Customer workspace information and customer Google Calendar API-derived data are outside the scope of marketing measurement described here.
Information you provide
The Contact form asks for information needed to handle your inquiry, including your name, work email, business, optional industry and phone information, and message. Submitted information is sent to Luntive's server for validation, abuse prevention, and inquiry handling. Accepted inquiries are delivered by email through Resend, with your email address used as the reply-to address.
Contact processing is separate from optional Analytics and Marketing consent. Rejecting optional tracking does not prevent you from contacting us. Do not put tax documents, financial records, credentials, or unnecessary sensitive client information in marketing forms. A Contact form response is not treated as an analytics lead or booking conversion.
You may separately subscribe to future Luntive email updates by providing an email address and explicit subscription permission. The existing signup uses Resend for subscriber contact information and topic preferences. It is separate from Contact inquiries, optional website measurement, and customer application communications. This notice does not represent a newsletter broadcast program as currently active or reviewed.
External Google Calendar demo scheduling
Book a Demo leads to a separate Google Calendar appointment scheduling page. Information you enter there is processed through Google's scheduling service under its applicable terms, privacy policy, and controls. Luntive may receive scheduling information through that service to arrange the requested meeting.
The marketing website itself receives no confirmed-booking signal from the external link. When optional Analytics is enabled and permitted, opening the scheduler is measured only as an interest click; it does not establish a completed booking or accepted lead. The event does not include the external scheduling URL or scheduling identifier. This external service is separate from the customer application's Google Calendar API connection.
Essential functionality and your choices
Essential website functionality remains available regardless of optional tracking choices. The consent interface separates Analytics, which controls GA4, from Marketing, which controls Meta Pixel. Both optional categories start disabled. Accept All selects both; Reject Optional disables both; Customize Preferences lets you choose categories independently; Save Preferences records your selections.
The website remembers selections and their timestamp in the versioned luntive.marketing-consent.v1 browser local-storage record for up to 180 days. It contains no account or client identifier or form content. Choices are respected across navigation and refresh. Expired, invalid, or removed records require a new choice. If preferences cannot be saved, optional tracking remains off. See the Marketing Cookie Notice for storage details.
Optional Analytics: Google Analytics 4
If separately activated and you permit Analytics, Google Analytics 4 measures approved public marketing-page visits and intentional demo-related clicks. This helps Luntive understand which pages visitors use and interest in exploring a demo. Events do not represent bookings or accepted inquiries.
The integration supplies sanitized page URLs without query strings or fragments, route-only page titles, and sanitized internal referrers. Event properties do not include email addresses, phone numbers, form values, customer records, or customer Google Calendar API-derived data. The prepared integration disables automatic page-view emission, Google Signals, and advertising personalization. Activation also requires disabling all automatic Enhanced Measurement options in the GA4 account, including form and outbound-click collection.
Google may receive cookie or browser identifiers, browser and device information, page-visit information, and network information such as an IP address when its software makes requests. This measurement is not described as anonymous. Google processes information under its applicable terms and privacy policy.
Optional Marketing: Meta Pixel
If separately activated and you permit Marketing, Meta Pixel measures eligible public marketing-page visits for marketing measurement. The prepared integration sends PageView only and uses conservative URL and referrer eligibility checks. It does not send Meta Lead events, completed-booking events, matching fields, or form contents.
Automatic advanced matching, automatic inferred events, and Meta Conversions API are not enabled in this implementation. Activation requires review of Meta account settings and removal of competing automatic event rules. This review copy does not authorize additional audience, profiling, or advertising uses.
Meta may receive cookie or browser identifiers, browser and device information, page-visit information, and network information such as an IP address when its software makes requests. Rejecting Marketing prevents this website from loading the optional Pixel. Measurement is not described as anonymous.
Change or withdraw consent
Use Privacy preferences on the marketing website to reopen the controls. Clear a category and Save Preferences, or choose Reject Optional, to withdraw optional permission. Turning off a provider already loaded by the website disables further tracking, attempts to remove its accessible first-party cookies, and reloads the page to unload its software. Unsaved entries may be lost during that reload.
Withdrawal prevents our future tracking for the withdrawn category. It does not erase information providers already received or guarantee deletion of third-party cookies or cookies at every path. Browser settings offer additional storage controls. Marketing choices do not change authentication, account access, or customer agreement acceptance.
Providers and data sharing
Providers relevant to this marketing website include Vercel for website hosting and delivery, Resend for inquiry email delivery and voluntary subscriber management, Google for external appointment scheduling and, if approved and permitted, GA4, and Meta for optional Pixel measurement if approved and permitted.
Information may be processed outside your jurisdiction. Provider processing locations, contractual terms, applicable privacy rights, and regional data-sharing requirements require legal review before optional measurement is activated. This notice does not claim a particular data-residency arrangement, transfer mechanism, security certification, or legal-compliance determination.
Provider information: Google Privacy Policy, Google partner-site data use, Meta Privacy Policy, and Resend Privacy Policy.
Retention
The designated GA4 user and event data retention setting for future activation is 2 months. The operator must verify that setting in the actual GA4 property before enabling tracking; this review copy does not establish that external verification has occurred. That control does not limit standard aggregated reports or determine cookie lifetimes. Google deletes expired data periodically; the user-identifier retention period can reset with new activity depending on the property's setting. It is not a promise that all information disappears exactly two months after a visit. See Google's retention documentation.
The 180-day preference-storage period is separate. No fixed retention period is stated here for Contact inquiry emails, Resend records, subscriber records, Google scheduling information, Meta records, infrastructure logs, or backups. Their appropriate periods and deletion procedures require operator and legal review. This notice does not change customer application retention policies.
Requests, security, and updates
For questions about marketing information or privacy requests, contact support@luntive.com. Rights and response procedures depend on applicable law and require legal review; this notice does not promise an automated rights portal or a specific statutory response period. Do not send sensitive records in an initial request. Identity verification may be necessary before disclosing or changing information.
No website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Luntive is intended for business use and is not intended for children. This review copy makes no jurisdiction-specific age or compliance determination.
Marketing notices have their own version and publication status. A finalized release will identify its effective date and last-updated date. Publishing or updating these notices does not change customer contracts or acceptance records. Tracking activation remains a separate approval and configuration step.
