Purpose
Website import can help configure business knowledge for CrewDesk using information from a website that a customer asks Luntive to process. This document explains the customer's authorization responsibility before using that workflow.
Luntive is the brand and operator-facing name used by Imran Bhuiyan, an individual operator in New York. CrewDesk is the SaaS product operated by Imran Bhuiyan.
Authorization before import
Before importing website content, customers should ensure that they have authority to import and use the website content for the intended business purpose. A website owned or controlled by someone else should not be imported without the authorization required by the owner or other applicable rights holder.
Customers are responsible for confirming that the import does not violate a website owner's instructions, access restrictions, privacy expectations, intellectual-property rights, or other applicable rights.
Types of information that may be collected
Depending on the website and the import request, the workflow may collect publicly available pages, source URLs, and extracted or structured information such as:
- Frequently asked questions.
- Service descriptions.
- Business information.
- Contact information.
- Operating hours.
The information collected can vary based on what is available and accessible from the requested website. This document does not promise that every page or every type of information will be found or extracted.
Use of imported content
Imported content is used to help configure business knowledge for the customer's CrewDesk workflows. Customers remain responsible for reviewing imported content, correcting inaccuracies, and deciding whether the resulting business knowledge is appropriate before relying on it.
Imported information may become outdated or may not reflect the customer's current policies, services, hours, or contact details. Customers should review and update business knowledge when their source website or business information changes.
Customer responsibility
The customer is responsible for the authorization, accuracy, and appropriate use of content submitted for import. Customers should not use the website import workflow to access protected areas, bypass access controls, or import content they are not authorized to use.
Updates
Luntive may update this document as the website import workflow and its documented limitations change. Any future version will state its own publication status and effective date.
