Purpose and scope
Luntive uses AI-assisted features in CrewDesk to support front-office work. This disclosure describes current areas of use at a high level. It does not promise that an AI output is correct, complete, current, or suitable for every situation.
Luntive is the brand and operator-facing name used by Imran Bhuiyan, an individual operator in New York. CrewDesk is the SaaS product operated by Imran Bhuiyan.
Current AI-assisted areas
Current AI-assisted areas include:
- AI Receptionist: supports voice-based front-office interactions configured for a business.
- Communication Assistant: supports drafting and organizing business communications.
- Appointment Coordinator: supports appointment-related workflows and coordination.
- Lead Manager: supports lead workflows and related business follow-up.
- Website import: helps use customer-authorized website content as an input to business knowledge configuration.
- Business knowledge generation: helps organize business context for configured workflows.
- AI-assisted drafting: helps prepare draft communications or other workflow content.
- AI-generated summaries: helps summarize information from supported workflows.
- AI-generated communications: may produce draft or workflow communications based on available information and configuration.
AI output can be wrong
AI systems can make mistakes, omit relevant details, misunderstand instructions, or produce output that is not appropriate for the situation. AI output depends on the information available to the feature, including the quality, completeness, and currency of customer-provided information and other permitted inputs.
Customers should review important communications, summaries, appointment details, lead actions, and other consequential output before relying on or sending it. Customers remain responsible for their business decisions, customer relationships, and communications.
Human judgment and professional responsibility
AI features assist people with configured workflows; they should not replace professional judgment. Customers should use their own judgment and applicable professional processes when reviewing information or taking action. Luntive does not represent that AI output provides legal, tax, accounting, medical, or other professional advice.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for the information and instructions they provide, the workflows they configure, the people who receive or act on generated content, and the final decisions made through their account. Customers should not treat an AI-generated result as independently verified merely because it appears in CrewDesk.
No guarantee of correctness
Luntive does not guarantee that AI output will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, timely, or appropriate for a particular purpose. Features may behave differently when the available information or configuration changes.
Updates
Luntive may update this disclosure as current AI-assisted workflows or their documented limitations change. Any future version will state its own publication status and effective date.
