What we check before putting AI Office copy live

A practical launch checklist for AI-office marketing copy: real workflows, consent, operational claims, and version boundaries.

Marketing gets risky when product language runs ahead of implementation.

For an AI Office product, that usually happens in predictable places:

  • automation claims
  • communication approval claims
  • scheduling promises
  • pricing and usage allowances
  • demo and contact flows
  • future integrations described as current features

Before we put public copy live, we check a short list.

Product claims

Every customer-facing claim should map back to a real workflow in the product. If a feature is only planned, partially implemented, or dependent on manual setup, the copy needs to say that plainly or stay off the main launch surface.

Workflow ownership

We check that each AI agent has a clear job. A front-office product becomes harder to trust when agent responsibilities overlap or sound interchangeable.

Pricing and usage language

Plan names, usage terms, and included allowances need to match the current product constants exactly. Small discrepancies create unnecessary friction during launch.

Contact and consent flows

A form should not look successful if it does not really submit anywhere. Consent should also be explicit when a person is signing up for future updates. Demo requests and marketing subscriptions are different workflows and should stay separate.

V1 versus V2 boundaries

The easiest launch mistake is marketing future work as if it is already live. That includes integrations, monitoring claims, and any automation that still depends on future infrastructure or legal review.

The standard

If a line of copy cannot be defended by the current product, it should be corrected before launch. Clearer copy is usually the faster fix than pushing working product logic around to satisfy a marketing sentence.
